Article 1: Full Allegiance to the New Leadership

We declare full allegiance to Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei.

He is the wise leader continuing the path of the two Imams of the Revolution.

We are committed to obeying his directives.

Article 2: Scope of "Qasam"

"Qasam" is a cultural and research tool concerning only the legacy of a martyred figure.

It has no role in the ongoing guidance of the system.

Article 3: Condemnation of Exploitation

We strongly condemn any attempt to compare the martyred leader with the new leader.

Such actions contradict the goals of this system.

We reserve the right to legally pursue any abuser.

Article 4: Philosophy and Mission

The goal is to preserve and disseminate the martyred leader's legacy.

Just as with Imam Khomeini (RA), "Qasam" fulfills the same duty.

This strengthens the intellectual foundations of the system.

Article 5: Commitment to Law and Readiness for Accountability

We are committed to the laws of the Islamic Republic.

We are ready to answer before any competent authority:

• Office of the Supreme Leader
• Assembly of Experts
• Supreme Council of Cyberspace
• Ministry of Culture
• IRGC Intelligence
• Ministry of Intelligence

We reject any political or security accusations and are ready to provide documentation.

Article 6: Request to Users and Institutions

We ask everyone:

1. Observe the distinction between "Qasam" and the leadership system.
2. Refrain from comparison or contrast with the current leadership.
3. Report any suspicious content.
4. Coordinate before publishing any report.
